Do you accept insurance?

I am not accepting any insurance at this time.

However, most group plans provide “out of network coverage” which allow you to choose your preferred provider. In those cases, you pay me in full at the time of service, and then file a claim with the insurance company for partial reimbursement. I can provide you with the information you will need to file with your insurance company. Please contact your insurance company beforehand to verify what your benefits are and to determine whether you need pre-approval.
